Brad Kelsky is managing partner of Kelsky Law, P.A. Kelsky Law, P.A. is a civil litigation law firm handling construction defect matters, personal injury and wrongful death claims, commercial litigation matters, contract disputes and other civil litigation matters. Our firm also provides legal counsel to businesses of all sizes.
Brad Kelsky received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of Florida. From there, Brad Kelsky graduated from Stetson University College of Law, cum laude, before moving to South Florida. Brad Kelsky spent the first six years of his practice as an insurance defense attorney, representing doctors, hospitals, clinics and health insurers along with rental car companies and individuals sued by accident victims. Since 1995, Brad Kelsky has extensive experience representing families, individuals and corporations in all types of civil matters, with a heavy emphasis on construction defects, personal injury, mold-related claims, contract disputes, real estate disputes and commercial litigation throughout Florida's state and federal courts. Brad Kelsky is admitted to practice throughout the State of Florida, the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Brad Kelsky has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has handled appeals in front of the Florida District Courts of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals (federal). In 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013, Brad Kelsky was identified as a Top Lawyer by the South Florida Legal Guide, a distinction as voted on by his peers. Prior to that, from 2003-2009, the same legal publication identified Brad Kelsky as one of South Florida's Top Up & Comers in the legal profession.
